ADDING ICE TO OKX WALLET CRYPTO LIST/ADDING ICE CONTRACT ADDRESS TO OKX

Hi guys!

This article is more of a sequel to my previous article — How to Add BNB Smart Chain Address on OKX to Ice Network — and is specifically for those who do not already have ICE added on their OKX wallet.

If you wish to add ICE to your wallet, there are a few simple steps to follow before achieving that. Though you could also directly make use of the BNB Chain address too.

Note: You can submit any of the two addresses ($BNB or $ICE address) on Ice Network, so it really doesn’t matter what post you see first. You can also always choose to change your wallet address on Ice Network too.

STEP 1:

Scroll down on the wallet section interface of the app and click on 'manage crypto’.

STEP 2:

On the manage crypto interface, there are a list of pre-added and/or manually added cryptos you have on your wallet. Here, you can simply click on the ‘—’ sign and the particular crypto would no longer be included in your list.

But that’s not where we’re going, so let’s halt there for a now.

As you can see from the image above, below the Manage Crypto, there’s a custom crypto button. This is where you are to click on.

STEP 3:

Here is the window shown when you click on Custom crypto:

ICE has its network on BSC on OKX, so we have to change the Network from the default listed Bitcoin.

STEP 4:

Here, the networks are listed for you to select from. Select BNB Chain.

STEP 5:

We now have the BNB Chain network selected and corresponding options below.

The ICE contract address has been provided for us both on Ice Network social media and OKX Exchange’s news.

🔗 Please update your address with the $ICE one from the OKX Exchange and avoid paying any Gas fees. ( If you can't find $ICE, please use the $BNB from the OKX Exchange )

🪙 Distribution is scheduled to start this week on 17 January by the end of the day.

STEP 6:

Input ICE’s BSC contract address in the box provided.

The rest of the information are filled automatically, but if this doesn’t happen, you can input ‘ICE’ as the symbol and '18' for decimal point.

After that, you simply have to click on the 'Confirm' button below and you’re done.

You don’t necessarily have to add/have $ICE on your wallet or specifically submit the address on Ice Network as it is same with the original BNB Chain address you have by default on your wallet.
